• Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for reporting the loose drain gully and the noise experienced when vehicles pass over it. Our highways team has attended the location and driven over all the gullies within the area; however, no noise or movement was identified at the time of the inspection.
  To help us investigate further, could you please provide the precise location of the affected gully? A What3Words reference would be particularly helpful. If possible, we would also be grateful if you could provide a photograph of the gully or any additional information that may assist us in identifying the exact asset.
  Once we receive this information, we will arrange for the location to be reviewed again
