Investigation: Completed (Work Completed) - We have attended the location and can confirm the reported defect has already been repaired as part of a previous works order

This has not been fixed and do not see how they would have investigated and not seen it. It is now worse.

Investigation: Completed (Work Completed) - We can confirm that we have already been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 27/1/26
