1 Maritime Way, Daventry, NN11 4HY - at the back of my garden outside the wall there is an overgrown tree, please can this be cut back? Please can you alos look at the bushes down the side of the property, these face tovey drive.

    As you can see the tree is not on my property, but is towering over my garden. It needs lopping back or cutting down. Hedges also need cutting back. The issue we have is whether the tree is on council property or Bromford Housing Association to determine who’s responsibility it is to cut them back.
