Reported via mobile in the Verges - Damaged by Vehicles category anonymously at 12:37, Friday 2 October 2026

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 10183742.

A number of dealers are using verges as overflow car park and also blocking pedestrian footpaths. Namely Honda and MG. other dealers are also doing this Hyundai. Please take action. I first reported this last week. The problem continues in the absence of any action by the council.

  • It is ridiculous the way dealerships are parking cars come winter the whole area becomes a quagmire and it’s dangerous and slippery and the foot during the summer we’re having to walk out into the road to get to our destination. I understand dealerships need to park their cars but they need to be more thoughtful and if necessary enlarge their parking area so they are not using the public highway and destroying our grass verges.
