HGVs damaged pavement over 12 inch watermain. Verified by Anglia Water

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 10184707.

The road is not wide enough for 2 buses / HGVs to pass so they mount the pavement. There is a 12 inch water main running along here, Anglia Water verified this and said this comes under Highways.
