Sunken very noisy drain cover at junction

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 10187856.

Drain cover in middle of Weedon Road is very noisy whenever a vehicle drives over it, and the tarmac around the cover is cracking and breaking up as the cover becomes more sunken from large amount of traffic passing over it. This problem has existed for at least 3 months.
