Parking on footpath

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 10188702.

Number 93 Kingsley road they have a driveway but no dropped kerb bumping up and down kerb and someone keeps parking on the footpath or across the alley way to the backs of our garage/gardens this is stopping people especially if they have a wheelchair or scooter they are blocking the path ,,also blocking people to gain entry to the alley way right next to number 93 the back of people s garden/ garage, this is dangerous especially on the main rd if you carnt drive down alley way with on coming traffic, someone keeps doing this and it's annoying, why do they need to park on the path when clearly they have room to park at the back of the property,
