Disabled parking outside my property

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 4915569.

The parking outside my house is for visitors, so unable to park close to my house can I swop my parking around so outside my house is for me then move the visitors parking to the side to make it more wheelchair accessible
