An underground pipe running from the ditch on the edge of Glebe Farm and running underground to the far side of Glebe Cottage Quinton is BLOCKED. This means that the water flows like a stream along the front of Glebe Farm and Glebe Cottage, meaning access by pedestrians is difficult.

I am escalating this as the water flows off the field into a full ditch and blocked pipe, which means the water flows like a stream down the Wootton Road, which is dangerous.
