Piles of builders waste

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5518351.

Rubbish and builders waste piled approx 5 ft high small pieces on road and pavement ,rats have been seen during hours of darkness.Owner has not removed this is a danger to children and small animals.Local eyesore devaluing mine and others properties.
