Parking within 10meters of a junction

We have an issue with vehicles parking with 10 meters of the junction which is causing reduced visibility and has nearly caused many accidents. It is also restricting people from accessing the driveways This issue has been ongoing for a number of years and we would like to see double yellow lines installed
