Fly tipping - sofa against school perimeter fence

There is a fly-tipped red sofa along the perimeter fence of Lings Primary school. The sofa is clearly visible from the school field, but not immediately visible from the other side as it is positioned amongst shrubbery. The sofa compromises school security, as well as being an eye-sore.
