Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5605541.

There is a large quantity of water coming off the fields and down the road, causing flooding under the bridge and washing away the tarmac that has recently been filled in the pot holes. The verge needs the ditch reinstated to alleviate the issue.
