Debris on M1

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5720778.

M1 southbound j15-j14 there are 3 lorry wheel rims with tyre propped up on Central reservation starting from marker posts 88.8 down to 85.4 also there is a metal house radiator near central reservation just before Newport Pagnell services and approximately 20 tyre carcases all harzadous to the traffic
