Water coming from hard standing in NIRaceway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5725575.

A gap had been dug through the bunding surrounding the parking area owned by the Northampton International Raceway so water flows from this parking area down the ditch and onto the Brafield Road compounding the problem when it is wet, causing surface water to collect in the dip. This is a fairly recent event. In order to navigate the surface water in the dip vehicles tend to go in middle of the road.
