Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5734720.

On Cotswold Avenue at the crossing near Hardlands Road there are several cars, some with trade plates, but they are blocking the pathway and regularly parked on the zig zag lines of the crossing. Buggies and Mobility scooters regularly need to cross the road to pass.
