Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5760635.

When new road layout was done it left a zone with no markings and temporary bollards.vehicles have run these over leaving room for vehicles to u turn . The contractors seem to have left this unfinished and in a dangerous state What is long term plan
