Road floods here every time there’s even light rain

The road floods here during rain, even small amounts, forces traffic heading from the roundabout under the bridge to move onto the opposite side of the carriageway. On a 60mph road this is very dangerous and at night with no lights on the road many drivers suddenly swerve to avoid the deep standing water. Accident waiting to happen.
