Tarmac crumbling and potholes coming back again

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5803183.

This section of road has had multiple tarmac patches repaired and again is crumbling. This has been ongoing for months. Would replacing this stretch road be more sustainable financially that having to keep repairing?
