Since the road within Old Village last year, there has been a build up of excessive surface dressing, which now at its worse is at the two junctions at the jubilee tree, which opposite the White Horse Pub. These are hazards for motorcyclists and cyclists alike. There is a build up of excessive surface dressing as all junctions within the village but these two are the worst.

  • Another councillor and I swept most of the chippings around the tree. On a walkabout with Highways it was highlighted that all junctions and kerbsides had not been swept. Highways are arranging this to be undertaken within six weeks from 24.6.24
