Flooding on highway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 4 hours, 32 minutes later. ref: 5810284.

House number 25 has dug a trench on wnc land and is draining water from his garden which is then flowing through the trench down the hill to the highway subsequently causing flooding and channel erosion to the road this is now a risk to the residents as well as anyone accessing the road. please may you look into this.
