Blocked drains at underpass

Reported via mobile in the Blocked/Damaged category by Monica de Bokx at 12:58, Friday 5 April 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5811592.

These 3 drains, 2 of them at the entrance into the underpass from Spenser Crescent and 1 whilst leaving the underpass towards Braunston Road the Cummins and Timken side, are totally blocked. Can they get cleared please to prevent running and standing water in the underpass?

  • 2 of the 3 drains have been cleared. The drain on the Cummins side is still a mess, leading to standing water in this underpass. Pic 1 was last week, pic 2 was today - 5 sweatshirts and cardboard had been put in the water. I have pulled the sweatshirts out and will clear them later when they're not that waterlogged anymore.

  • Two of the three drains have been fixed, so this case is partially fixed.
