Blocked drains at underpass

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5811592.
These 3 drains, 2 of them at the entrance into the underpass from Spenser Crescent and 1 whilst leaving the underpass towards Braunston Road the Cummins and Timken side, are totally blocked. Can they get cleared please to prevent running and standing water in the underpass?

2 of the 3 drains have been cleared. The drain on the Cummins side is still a mess, leading to standing water in this underpass. Pic 1 was last week, pic 2 was today - 5 sweatshirts and cardboard had been put in the water. I have pulled the sweatshirts out and will clear them later when they're not that waterlogged anymore.
