Illegal parking

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5819249.

Despite wooden stumps being installed, the illegal parking culprits continue to ruin this lovely green area. Why aren’t these vans and vehicles being moved and the last stump installed? It looks awful, they are driving dangerously over the pavement which could hit pedestrians. It de-values property and it is encouraging others to do the same. There are now vehicles parked on grassed areas as you turn into Hinton Road. When will the LA put their foot down and clamp down on these people, ruining our neighbourhood?
