A deep groove in road which get wheels stuck in it when drive across Ringwood heading onto a45 east.

No part of this area of the road has been repaired. At all. I have driven through here several times since you report an more urgent issue was repaired. All the pot holes and the big groove in the road is still there. There is no new repairs to the road surface or drains in this area.
Why report that some other issue has been repaired when the largest and deepest damage to the road remains.

Deep Grove has still not been repaired and is worsening. Threat of vehicle damage or accident is now highly likely.
