Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5845916.

There have been contractors using heavy machinery at unreasonable hours, yesterday it started at around 7 am tonight I am hearing pneumatic drills and machinery at 23:20. I do not believe these are emergency works and therefore not justified. It is affecting peoples lives and is unacceptable. In this area we have been subjected to temporary traffic lights for years because of this development along with damaged road surfaces and debris from the works covering the road. It feels as though the developers are making profit at the expense of local people and it needs to end or the developers recompense affected people financially.
