Wall falling down

Reported via mobile anonymously at 17:32, Monday 15 April 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5856549.

The movement of the gate to the allotments (council managed) at the high street, Pitsford is making the wall move. It is in a very bad state of repair and could fall down at any moment.

Updates

  • When can we expect an inspection of the issue we have raised? The wall is next to a busy primary school with a lot of children walking by each day and as such urgent attention is required.

  • Do we have a date when the wall will be inspected?

  • 7th request .......... When can we have an update on the status of this report

Posted by Martin Flanagan at 13:33, Monday 19 August 2024

  • This issue was reported in April 2024. Despite several chasing updates we have not heard anything back. When will we have some action please.

Posted by Martin Flanagan at 14:15, Monday 14 October 2024

  • I am now reporting this as a serious health and safety issue. The wall in question is likely to collapse at any moment as it has serious movement. As mentioned previously the wall is near a primary school and due to restrictions parents and children have to not only walk past the wall also have to queue near it. Action must be taken immediately otherwise serious injury could occur.
