Hedge behind 24 haselrig falling

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5859236.

The hedge behind 24 haselrig Square has been cut by the council but they have only cut sides. This has caused the top to become very heavy. Its pulling the owners fence down and has pulled the hedge over hanging the road and restricting my gate access for 23 haselrig Square. Im worried the hedge keeps falling more and more and may fall in the road but also struggling to get out of my gate.
