Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5869201.

Lady at above address is letting ivy creep up the wall of property too far and neighbour badly needs it cutting back as it is infringing on her property including roof (worry is. it may lift the tiles)Windows of the property are covered in ivy but the bigger problem is, trees that are in her garden. They are getting far too big and the worry is that it will disturb the foundations of number 29 Bushes in front of number 27 are overhanging into the street and people need to walk in the road Various ppl have requested that she taked action but this hasnt happened

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - As this is private vegetation, we have sent a Standard Enforcement Letter to the occupier(s), asking them to cut this back. This could take up to a month to resolve. We will update you further.

  • I contacted fix my street a long time ago about the growth across the foot path but was told nothing could be done! It’s outrageous that the public have to walk on the road to avoid the growth.

  • The front garden bush is covering over 2/3 across the path. You either have to walk in the road or cross over prior. Surly something can be done?

  • Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will take place after 14 days and if the vegetation is not cut back further action will be taken.
