Road condition

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5872059.

The whole side of the road is full of potholes and is crumbling away due to water damage. With the road being narrow and damaged verges, there is nowhere to stop/pullover when passing another car without causing major damage to your vehicle.

  • The road is still crumbling away. As the first report said it is impossible to find a safe place to pull in to let other vehicles pass on this narrow lane. The issues are only getting worse as larger vans and earth movers use the road for preliminary work to the new warehouse development. Please do not just wait for the new road to be built before fixing these issues. There are businesses on this road and employees use this road daily. Several have has costly damage to their vehicles.
