Dog fouling by neighbouring dog

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5895319.

There is a neighbour who is unable to look after the dog. It’s being let off in court house close to roam and has fouled on the path outside our house and also on our drive. This has been ongoing for months now.

    More dog poo this morning and last week on the jetty! Same dog still being let out on her own and pooing!!
