Business has turned public pavement into parking. Northampton business centre.

Business owner Northampton Business Centre and Signature property services on Lower Harding Street have turned the pavement into parking bays on Compton street so pedestrians cant walk down Compton road. The road is in a bad state anyway with constant fly tipping.
