Mud all over the road and junction

There is a substantial amount of mud on the road and junction. This is clearly caused by ingress and egress of lorries at the building development. There is no obvious sign of a wheel washing station and there has been no recent evidence of road cleaning. This is a recurrent and ongoing issue. Please continue to investigate at several times of the day, avoiding wishy washy excuses.
