Potholes marked incorrectly as fixed
Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 16:19, Thursday 2 May 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5926613.
For around the 3rd time in past 12 months workmen have arrived to incompetently repair these potholes. Yesterday these were one again marked as complete. Judging by the standard of repair it will only be a few weeks before these are full blown potholes yet again. The standard and level of repairs is substandard, and if representative countywide then there is no surprise this council is lacking in funds. A change of contractors is desperately needed.

These potholes need permanently fixing. This is an industrial estate and a bus route. The stamp some asphalt into the hole it’ll do for a bit means that taxpayers money is being used repeatedly to fix the same botched repairs

How much taxpayers money is being wasted on continually filling these pot holes with a temporary fix? Just do the job properly the 1st time using reliable materials & contractors. These same potholes have already been “repaired“ 3 time over the last year alone! There are better roads in Gaza.

This area has been littered with potholes for years. The contractors come out, stamp a bit of tarmac in holes then mark as fixed. Most of these potholes only remain ‘fixed’ for a couple of days and are then back to the same sorry state as before. This is an industrial estate used by HGV’s & buses hundreds of times a day. Please fix in a permanent manner, appropriate to the heavy use that this road gets.

Large pothole in road with large red Penis surrounding the pothole. Very deep, nearly caused to accidents on being me walking on the pavement and a car trying to avoid the pothole and missed me by a cats whisker. This needs to be resolved asap as this could be a child next.
