Large pot hole on road margin, broken and crumbling surface poses a risk of causing blowouts and vehicular damage which could lead to an accident. I’m giving you two weeks to clear the road margin, or you must close the road on safety grounds. As some one who’s made a claim for injury against the council, to be told they didn’t know about the road defect, so I’m not entitled to compensation, consider this your warning.
