Vehicles using Greenwood Road as a main road

Hello, I don't know how to report this problem. I did not see any label that it fits under. People are using Greenwood Road as a thoroughfare and it is causing a lot of noise at all hours of the day. It doesn't feel like a residential street anymore with a lot of cars going up and down continuously. The dirt and pollution when you leave windows open is very visible. I have noticed the issue getting worse over the years but since the start of 2023 it has been getting a lot worse. It is not safe and it is just unfair and selfish that people are treating our street like a main highway. I have lived on this street for 12 years and I know it is getting busy in the area, but these cars that are going through are not residents, they speed though and the noise and pollution is just unfair.
