Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 5977447.
The vegetation is grown so far into the path that no one in a wheelchair or using a pushchair/buggy can get past and council workmen are unable to service the streetlight

Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - A further letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will take place after 14 days and if the vegetation is not cut back further action will be taken.
