Culvert under the road
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council 2 hours, 49 minutes later. ref: 5980901.
There is a culvert under the road between 38 western avenue, Daventry and the hollows playing field. Children have discovered there is open water running through the garden and under the road. They can get into the culvert because the metal gate does not reach down to the water. Which is a concern for their safety.
