Public park overgrown and not being maintained

The grass and weeds here are disgusting. The graveyard was cleared to form a neat public park but there appears to have been NO grass cutting so far this year - don't quote NO MOW MAY as this neglect was Jan/Feb/March and April. A group of us spent our time and money restoring a historically important grave an now it's amost invisible.
