Home owners are not responsible for these hedges. A land title search 2 yrs ago by the council found David Wilson Homes to be responsible and they cut them back.
The council needs to write to them again. Writing to us residents is a waste of resources. We are equally frustrated by the overgrown hedges due to the lack of care and attention by developers.
Last reference was S154/REG
