This problem cannot be solved easily. The developers have shunted huge amount of water from their site into a small culvert intended for road run-off only. It will take major engineering to put it right which should be done by the developers since they put the extra water there. Never in 50 years have we had this until the developers shunted the water to this location.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
