115 Brickwell Court Pathway has been lifted by tree rootsss

Reported via desktop in the Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked category anonymously at 09:49, Wed 22 May 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6005340.

The tree root has emerged from the ground and is very very big. It has lifted up the slabs and tarmac repairs. It is not safe for able bodied persons to walk on let alone disabled people or elderly or using any mobility aids, like scooters, wheelchairs or pushchairs. And the roots and cracks cannot be seen in the dark. Lighting bad and this is very very dangerous situation. The tree is accessively high and the branches overhang the property to the extent they touch to roof and windows.

  • I've only been able to take three photos hopefully one of your colleagues will come and take a proper look and see how bad this really is. Very dangerous for less mobile people or scooter users also the problem won't ever be any better unless the tree roots are removed..
