Weeds overgrown grass

Entire street covered in weeds grass not cut shrub beds overgrown and covered in weeds whole area neglected and very untidy

Two weeks later the grass is even longer weeds still all over the place shrub beds a mess, i do realise things take time but 2 people could cut the grass in a couple of hours this has not been done for months and when somebody eventually does cut the grass its so long now that its just going to make it look just as bad
