48 St Michaels Road and 44 St Michaels Road, dirty water coming across pavement into road continually

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6011401.

There is a dirty water coming out of a pipe from number 44 that flows onto the pavement and down the road. It is green and smelly. The water is pumped out every 15 minutes as the house at 44 has a problem with water coming into his basement from and underground drain. This water then flows down the pathway in front of houses from number 42 and goes into Clickers Shoe Factory to 52 then goes into gutter. It leaves a green sticking mess on the pathway and guttering The smell is very foul and strong. Any litter gets stuck in the mess.
