Sunken drain cover

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6018138.

Drain cover has sunk from its surroundings. Made worse by vehicles hitting it coming off the roundabout.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We have inspected the area pinpointed and we can confirm we have scheduled maintenance in the area within the next 26 weeks to reset the gully here. But we hope to complete it as soon as possible. You will receive further updates once it has been completed.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue and a works order has been raised on a routine safety inspection. The expected completion date for these works will be 2.12.24
