Inconsiderate,dangerous parking daily by this van owner. Accident waiting to happen. No access on path for mobility scooters or parents with pushchairs & no visibility for motorists. Owner has no room for van on his own property as it is full of auctioned cars that he is working on. He has been asked to move it as it is a hazard but it remains in the same place.
