Investigation: Completed (Highways to Monitor, Routine Inspection Programme) - We wanted to let you know that we are currently reviewing the Fix My Street system to ensure it meets your needs effectively. A Rights of Way officer has re-inspected this site as part of the review process. We are aware that a diversion order is in place for the Bridleways within this area as part of a Development Consent Order. The diverted route is in place and currently available on the ground. At the time of the inspection the diverted route was found to be open and usable. We will continue to monitor this area as part of our ongoing highway inspections.
