Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6034332.

Drain has been attended to numerous times by Highways and Anglian Water Water is smelly and children are walking in it as it is on the route to a school There must be an underlying problem that has not been sourced yet Please attend asap
