Motorhome blocking footpath

Reporting owner at 29 Hobby Close for parking his large motorhome over the public footpath and on the road. I understand that certain size vehicles including this one are not permitted to be parked on the roads on these estates with such narrow road ways The vehicle is parked on and of the drive way and across the footpath blocking pedestrians from using the footpath and have to walk into the road.

  • I have had an update from yourselves stating this is a police matter - obstruction of footpath.

    I would like to know what the rules/conditions are from the council re motorhomes parking on housing estates? I was led to believe that vans/lorries over certain sizes are not permitted to park within housing estates?

    If everyone had a large van or motorhome then the estates would be totally blocked so please come back to me and let me know if someone can keep a large motorhome outside their house blocking a footpath all the time
