Investigation: Completed (Fixed on site) - Having carried out a site inspection of this Public Right of Way, we can confirm that the vegetation overhanging this route has been cut back and the path is now clear and accessible to use. Within the Highways Act 1980 trees and side-growth adjacent to a Public Right of Way are the responsibility of the landowner. West Northamptonshire's Rights of Way Team do not own any land over which a Right of Way passes. As the hedge is no longer affecting public access and this department does not own it, we are afraid that we cannot remove this hedge or give permission for it to be cut back.
