Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6056996.

A good number of trees next to the bike path are overhanging and making it impossible to pass on a bike after it has rained and can only get past without hitting my head in dry conditions by stooping as low as possible over the bike This is on the Weedon Road (A4500) between Old Kent Road and the Hawthorne residence.
